This supplement contains 22 new talent trees for the d20 Modern system. There is also four new martial arts feats including Devil's Finger and One Ton Kick. With this supplement, heroes can become master grapplers, gain bonus spells, and even rely on the Wisdom of the Ages to overcome their opponents. Smart heroes can become educated in the arcane arts and gain mystical powers. Tough heroes can use their Constitution to test the endurance of their opponents, forcing them into a state of exhaustion. Dedicated heroes can become One with the Universe and Charismatic heroes can break the will of their enemies with a simple display of their weapon. Hell on Earth, the first release in the Modern Eras TM series, takes us to the dark days of WWII. This supplement uses the popular d20 Modern version of the core rules to bring dogfights, bayonet charges and tank battles to your game table. This supplement features new advanced classes such as the Nazi Occultist, Commando, Resistance Fighter, and Spy, new feats like Combat Maneuvers and dozens of equipment items and vehicles such as gas capes and aircraft carriers. It even includes experimental wonder-weapons developed in the last days of the war. Furthermore, Hell on Earth includes a detailed description of the WWII campaign setting, discussing dozens of possible campaign scenarios and alternate outcomes, not mentioned in history books. This d20 supplement explores an alternate history, where WWII has not yet ended, but the calendar has rolled on to 1948 and beyond. No one has invented the atomic bomb yet, but several countries are racing toward that end. Dozens of wonder weapons have been invented in recent years, turning the tide of the war back and forth. The 1948 Campaign Setting is a retro-sci-fi-horror-war setting with a hint of dark magic, a shadow of fell monsters, and a host of terrible new inventions.
