This collection of short stories features five tales. The first is a brief fable about a Viscount with wounded pride. Poetry spills from his lips as he leaves his homeland and seeks out a new life. The second story is titled The Doom of Sir Lathen. It tells the story of an abrasive young knight who is his own worst enemy. The third story is a tale about love, hate, evil, and sweet revenge. A diabolical drow elf and a wandering storyteller enter into a contest of suffering. Disfigurement and defamation are only the beginning of the cruelty as their game spirals into madness. The fourth story in this collection is titled A Simple Living and chronicles a day in the life of an unlucky pickpocket. The final story in this collection is titled The Real World and explores the difficulties of being a hero in the modern world. This collection also features terrific artwork, illustrating some of the exciting characters from the stories. D20 game statistics are also presented for several of the main characters. A new prestige class, the Strife Poet, is also included. The stories in this collection explore themes of revenge, honesty, pride, and sympathy, with a touch of humor and a dash of action! Only $5.00! Coming Soon!
